Slate Fit

Spin, reformer and yoga

Booking software for boutique fitness studios

Bike grids, reformer floors and open mats, laid out the shape of your room, so members book the room you actually have.

The Ride Room — 18:30

Two bikes being taken as you look. Yours is B5.

Before the features

Four things, every single day.

Fill it.

Your timetable repeats itself. Members pick a spot, not a place in a list.

Seat it.

A place frees at 17:40 for the 18:30. Set the queue to book straight in and the next member is in the class by 17:41.

Collect it.

Members are told a cancellation is late before they confirm it. Any fee goes to your Stripe account.

Close the day.

Check in, mark absences, undo a mis-tap. One roster, one screen.

Three rooms, three floors

Studio software for pilates, spin, yoga and barre

Most fitness studio software gives every class the same list. Slate Fit gives every room its own floor.

Reformer pilates

Two lines, with the gaps where they really are. Members book a specific reformer, not a place in the 9:00.

Pilates studio software

Yoga and mat

No numbered spaces. Just a headcount, and the queue behind it.

Yoga studio software

Spin and indoor cycling

A pillar is drawn as a pillar, not a bike nobody takes.

Spin studio software

Barre

Spots along the barre, laid out as a row. Each one sold once.

Barre studio software

Nobody arrives to find their bike taken.

Sold once

Two members tap the same bike at the same moment. One gets it. The other sees what is still free, and neither ends up at your desk about it.

Paid straight to you

Card payments land in a Stripe account in your studio’s name. No marketplace sits between you and a member who was already yours.

Kept apart

Your classes, members and history sit in your studio’s own database, never in a table shared with anyone else’s.

The staff screen: each row shows the time, class name, date, location, instructor, how many are booked against capacity, and a Roster button.
The actual staff screen, not a mockup.

Moving over

Moving from another booking system?

We move you across ourselves. Your members and their remaining class-pack credits come over with you, on a call, not in a file you have to check afterwards.

How switching works

Pricing

Pricing. Two things move it.

How many locations you run, and roughly how many members you have. We go through terms on the call. If you already pay for studio software, send us the invoice and we will match it.

Questions owners actually ask.

What if you go under?

Your card payments are in a Stripe account in your studio’s name from the day you start, and your studio’s data sits in its own database, not mixed with anybody else’s.

Does email come from my domain or yours?

Yours. You verify your own sending domain first, and nothing is sent until that is done.

Can a manager at one location change another’s?

No. Ask to change a studio you do not run and you are refused outright, never handed an empty list. They can see the timetable. They cannot touch it.

Does an unpaid fee stop somebody booking?

Only if you switch it on, per studio, and it is off until you do.

Does it work for more than one location?

Yes. Add locations as you open them. Each has its own rooms, timetable and staff access.

Tell us about your studio.

We come back with a figure.

No brochure, no borrowed story.
